SHE Summit 2026

For nearly 20 years, I have been helping women find support, experience healing, and move toward wholeness from pornography and other unwanted sexual behaviors. What began as a small recovery group has grown into a global community serving women at every stage of their journey—first through SheRecovery, and since 2020, the SHE Summit.

When I first began this work, women’s sexual struggles were rarely talked about. Over time, that has changed. More women are speaking up. More conversations are happening. More resources exist than ever before.

And yet, many women still feel stuck.

Not because they believe they are the only one—but because they still don’t understand why they struggle in the first place. They find themselves repeating patterns they cannot fully explain—trying to stop behaviors without clarity on what is driving them.

And what remains unclear often remains unchanged.

This is especially true for women in the Church, where conversations may acknowledge the struggle but don’t always provide a clear path to healing.

A New Conversation Begins

On September 15, 2026, I will be releasing my newest book:
What Drives Women to Porn? Why Women Struggle Sexually—and How to Heal.

This book represents years of experience, research, and walking closely with women in their stories. It answers the question many have been asking—but haven’t had language for:

Why do I keep struggling, even when I want to stop?

And just weeks later, we will bring this message to life through the SHE Summit.

Introducing the SHE Summit 2026

Over five days (October 19–23, 2026), we will move beyond behavior-focused conversations and explore the deeper drivers shaping women’s experiences.

Each day will focus on one of five core drivers:

  • Relational – Who shaped me?
  • Emotional – What was I trying to feel or avoid?
  • Identity – Why don’t I feel like I’m enough?
  • Trauma – Where were my responses shaped?
  • Spiritual – How do I see God—and is it true?

This framework helps women not only recognize their patterns—but understand them.

What to Expect

Throughout this 5-day virtual event, 40+ experts and storytellers will share their insight, experience, and hope for meaningful, lasting healing.

Sessions will explore topics such as:

  • emotional and relational drivers
  • identity, shame, and validation
  • trauma and lived experience
  • faith, healing, and spiritual restoration
  • relationships, sexuality, and recovery

This faith-based, online Summit is designed to help you better understand your story—and begin moving forward with clarity, support, and direction.

For You—and For the Helper

The SHE Summit is for women in every stage of their journey.

It is also for the Helper—counselors, coaches, ministry leaders, and advocates—who want a deeper, more accurate understanding of women’s experiences so they can support others more effectively.

SHE: Support. Heal. Empower.

This has always been our message.

And with our fourth SHE Summit, we continue that mission—now with greater clarity, deeper understanding, and a framework that helps women not just change behavior, but understand what has been driving it all along.

I invite you to join us.

Blessings,
